Implementation Consultant
A Microsoft Business Solutions Reseller and Independent Software Vendor in the
Central Ohio area, is looking for a Software Implementation and Support Consultant
to join its dynamic, growing organization. Position
includes but is not limited to: - The
ability to implement, install, train, and support on Microsoft Dynamics™
SL (formerly Microsoft Business Solutions - Solomon) software, manufacturing software
and other third party application software products.
- Ability
to analyze and identify recommendations to senior management regarding the implementation
of Solomon Software as a viable business solution to integrate manufacturing,
distribution, accounting, inventory, and order processing.
- Install
and configure Solomon.
- Perform
business requirements, analysis and design.
- Identify
and recommend product implementation, setup, customizations, enhancements or work
arounds to meet client requirements.
- Train
users on new business processes and using Solomon.
- Develop
data conversion and testing strategies.
Successful
applicants will possess: - 1-3
years minimum experience in business software consulting.
- Strong
business analysis, problem solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong
commitment to customer service.
- The
ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
- Knowledge
of Solomon, Macola, Great Plains, Made to Manage, Site-Line, Symix, ERP systems,
manufacturing and accounting a plus.
- Willingness
to travel both locally and out of state 50%.
- Distribution,
Manufacturing, Project Accounting and Payroll experience a plus.
